We
encourage parents to visit the school and to join us at one of our Open
Houses during Nov. & Dec. where you can learn more abut the enrollment

ENROLLMENT POLICY.
- The
school enrollment process begins in January for the subsequent academic
year.
The enrollment policy generally groups applicants into one of several
categories: currently enrolled children, siblings, new parishioner children
and nonparishioner children.
- Parents
are invited to pick up an application package at the school office starting
the first week of school in January.
The
registration package includes a letter describing the programs offered
and the application process, the relevant application forms, tuition
information, a statement of the School's Enrollment Policy, and a Verification
of Parish Membership Form. Note: Only parishioners are asked
to fill out this form and leave at the school office.
- Completed
application forms plus an application fee are due the last week in January.
- Prior
to the processing of applications, the Verification of Parish Membership
Forms are completed by the Financial Office, showing the parishioners
initial membership date and years of recorded financial support tot
the parish. The complete forms are returned to parishioners
for their review. This is the opportunity for the parishioner
to confirms the accuracy of the parish records. With the information
on these forms finalized, the Financial Office prepares a seniority
list, ranking parish families first by number of years of financial
support and second by initial membership date. The director
then factor this seniority list into the enrollment process.
- Parents
are notified of enrollment results in early February. Parents
must respond by March 1 with an advance tuition payment.
Click here for TUITION policy and fee schedule.
- Registration
will be permitted in cases of missed deadlines, but the application
will be considered only AFTER all others applying for the same vacancy
in all categories, the only exception being families moving or transferring
into the Parish. The children of these families will be put on the Parish
waiting list (category D).
- In
all cases, the tuition schedule of payments will be observed. If the
advance tuition payment due in March is not made on time, that child's
space will be forfeited. In the event of special or extenuating circumstances,
any final decision will be made by the Rector of Saint Luke's Parish
in consultation with Director of the Parish School.
